A working, clickable build — growing every week.

Tested, deployed, your team trained on it.
Support & iterate
Ongoing
A bug-fix window, then a clear next step.
Every phase, in detail.
We talk through what's actually slow, manual, or missing — not a sales pitch, a working session. If what you need isn't a good fit for us, or isn't worth solving with custom software at all, we say so on that same call. No charge either way.
What we heard becomes a written proposal: the specific features or integrations we'll build, a fixed price, a fixed timeline, and — just as important — what's explicitly out of scope. You're not agreeing to "a project," you're agreeing to a defined list.
We build in short iterations. Every week you get something you can actually click through — a staging link, not a status update — and a short call or message to react to it before we move on. Feedback gets folded in as we go, not bolted on at the end.
A final pass against the original scope, a walkthrough or short training session for your team, and deployment to production. You should never be surprised by what ships — you watched it get built.
Bugs found after launch are covered by the original price for a defined window. After that, it's your system — we're available for ongoing support, or for a scoped "phase two" whenever the business is ready for it.
Not a black box.
Step three isn't one long silence between kickoff and delivery. It's a loop — the same four moves, every week, until there's nothing left to build.
Repeats weekly until launch
Questions worth asking upfront.
What if the scope needs to change mid-project?
It happens — a business doesn't pause while software gets built. If something comes up, we scope it as a change: what it adds, what it costs, what it does to the timeline. You decide before any of it happens, never after.
Who owns the code when it's done?
You do. It's your repository, your infrastructure where practical, your system. We're not interested in holding a project hostage to keep you as a client.
Do you actually use AI to build this, or is that marketing?
We use it to move faster — the same way we'd use any tool that makes good engineering cheaper to deliver. It doesn't ship un-reviewed, and it doesn't replace the weekly checkpoint where you see and react to real progress.
What happens if we're not happy with a checkpoint?
That's the point of showing up weekly instead of at the end — we adjust before the next sprint starts, not after three months of silence.
